Questions
What counts as one conversion?
One successful API request. A 1-page file and a 300-page file cost the same, and a request that returns several files (one image per page, say) still counts once. Requests that fail are not counted.
Is every conversion available on every plan?
Yes. All 556 conversions, including OCR, CAD and HTML rendering, are on every plan, the free one too. Plans differ in volume, upload size, how many conversions run at once and support.
What happens when I go over my plan?
On the Free plan, requests stop at 250 a month until the next month starts. On paid plans each extra conversion is billed at the plan's overage price, shown in the table.
Do you add a watermark on any plan?
No. Output is never watermarked, on any plan.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free.
What if I need more than 100,000 conversions a month?
The Business plan keeps working past its limit at $0.003 for each extra conversion. More than 300,000 conversions a month: write to us about volume pricing, higher limits and contract terms.
